Have to admit that I really thought I would be buying a new carpet when my son wrote on it with red plasticine. I tried by hand to rub it out but it only buried the stain deeper and made it thicker. He did a fantastic job getting the carpets looking like new and gave me some tips on how to maintain them so that they will stay cleaner longer. I will certainly call on Bert again at the end of summer to do the entire house including the carpets, drapes and the furniture. Great company, great service. Highly recommended.
